ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

NURŌ is operated by N.A.T Brands Inc. (Ontario, Canada). By downloading, installing, or using the NURŌ app you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

USE OF THE APP

The NURŌ app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

NURŌ offers premium access through auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime option:

• — Monthly — $19.99 USD per month
• — Annual — $99.99 USD per year
• — Lifetime — $199 USD, one-time payment

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your platform account settings and are subject to that platform's terms — you can manage or cancel there at any time. If you subscribe directly through NURŌ's web checkout, your subscription is processed by Stripe and can be managed or cancelled through your account or by contacting us.

Refunds: purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to that platform's refund policy and are handled by the platform. For direct purchases, contact us at info@nurodopamine.com; refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region and over time; any price change will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the NURŌ app — including but not limited to training programs, nutrition guidance, affirmations, journal prompts, manifestation content, brand assets, logos, and copy — is the exclusive property of N.A.T Brands Inc. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any NURŌ content without express written permission.

USER DATA

The personal data you enter into NURŌ — such as your name, measurements, journal entries, and ritual logs — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. App content is stored on your device; if you create an account, your profile and progress are also stored securely with our service providers so they can sync across your devices. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The NURŌ app is provided on an as-is basis. NURŌ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's fitness for any particular purpose. NURŌ does not guarantee specific health, fitness, or wellness outcomes from use of the app.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N.A.T Brands Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The NURŌ app provides wellness lifestyle content including cold therapy protocols, breathwork exercises, nutritional guidance, and fitness programs. This content is for informational and lifestyle purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. CHANGES TO TERMS

NURŌ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
