YOUR PRIVACY IS SACRED TO US

NURŌ is a product of N.A.T Brands Inc. (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada). Your personal data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to deliver your Golden Reset, we never sell it, and we protect it. Here is exactly what we collect, how it is stored, and the control you have over it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

NURŌ collects only what you choose to provide and what is needed to run the app:

  • — Your name and profile information, including a profile photo if you add one
  • — Your email address, if you create an account
  • — Your selected wellness program and fitness level
  • — Journal entries, SATS scenes, and manifestation notes
  • — Body measurements and weight logs, if you choose to enter them
  • — Ritual completion logs, challenge progress, and streak data
  • — App preferences and notification settings
  • — Purchase and subscription records when you buy premium access (payment details are handled by our payment provider — see below)

WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES

Your app content is stored on your device. When you create an account, your profile and progress are also stored on secure cloud servers operated by our service providers, so your data can sync across devices and is not lost if you switch phones. We do not sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

SERVICE PROVIDERS WE WORK WITH

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run NURŌ. They process your data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments:

  • — Supabase — secure account, authentication, and data storage
  • — Stripe — payment processing for direct purchases. NURŌ never sees or stores your full card number; Stripe handles it directly.
  • — Apple and Google — if you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed by that platform under its own terms.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

  • — We do not collect your location
  • — We do not collect your contacts
  • — We do not track your behavior across other apps
  • — We do not sell your data. Ever.
  • — We do not share your data with advertisers
  • — We access your photos only when you choose to add a profile photo

DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care it deserves.

WAITLIST DATA

If you join a NURŌ waitlist, we collect your email address so we can notify you. It is used only for that purpose, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

CHILDREN

The NURŌ app is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can clear all data stored on your device using Reset App Data in Settings. If you have created an account, you can delete your account and all associated data from within the app where available, or by contacting us at info@nurodopamine.com. As a Canadian company, N.A.T Brands Inc. handles personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA; if you are located elsewhere, additional local privacy rights may also apply.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
